3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations require at least 24-hour notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

- We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and other accepted payment methods.
- Refunds are not provided for completed services.

- If applicable, we can provide receipts for reimbursement claims.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate and complete medical history and personal information.
- Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions provided by the Clinic.
- The Clinic is not responsible for complications arising from non-compliance with medical guidance.

8. Liability Disclaimer
- The Clinic is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from treatment, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.
