• Cancellations require at least 24-hour notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Payment and Fees

• We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and other accepted payment methods.
• Refunds are not provided for completed services.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions provided by the Clinic.
• The Clinic is not responsible for complications arising from non-compliance with medical guidance.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• The Clinic is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from treatment, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.

9. Termination of Services

• Non-compliance with clinic policies

Users will receive promotional and informational messages weekly. Message and data rates may apply.

11. Opt-Out and Help Instructions
