  3. Step 3: Exposed to radiant heat at 700–800°C for 30 minutes to 4 hours, removing refractory organic matter. Magnesium is transformed into magnesium oxide, and potassium is melted.
  4. Step 4: Heated at 850°C for 30 minutes to 4 hours to liquefy calcium.
  5. The roasted salt is then infused with Hwangchil (Dendropanax morbifera), Phellinus linteus mushrooms, and bamboo salt using proprietary technology.
